Notice of Public Meeting

The Erving Conservation Commission in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act M.G.L. Chapter 131 Section 40, will hold a public meeting at Erving Town Hall, 12 East Main Street, Erving, MA 01334 on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 7:00pm to consider a Notice of Intent submitted by applicant Clean Focus Renewables. The proposed solar array is to be constructed on approximately 21.8 acres of a 66.7-acre parcel (1-4-20) owned by Arthur and Sandra Kaczenski in Erving, MA.
